Support with AnyDesk

  • You must have Java installed on your computer
  • On the first field, enter your name
  • On the second field enter the support key, given from the datacair supporter
  • AnyDesk will download a Java applet and run it on your computer
  • Accept and trust your computer to download AnyDesk during this download
  • Depending on your internet connection, this can take several minutes
  • Be sure your local firewall does not block the connection.
